«The relationship between the United States and Russia has gone through many stages, but we now enjoy a productive partnership that continues to be strengthened by the ambassadors, representatives and diplomats of each of these nations», said Mayor of NYC Michael R. Bloomberg in his greetings to the participants of the event.
